Hi, I'm Helen.
I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist based in South West London. I have over 15 years of experience of consulting in assessment for selection & development, coaching, and training and learning design & delivery.
My Offerings
I help global brands use fair and effective psychometric assessments for their talent projects. I'm passionate about using objective assessment to improve recruitment and individual career satisfaction. I aim to empower both individuals and talent leaders with the insights they need for success. I bring expertise, an open mind, and a positive, driven approach to every project, working with everyone from early-career to C-suite. I also lecture and speak on career psychology, professional development, and business psychology topics.

I undertake free volunteering work in the form of acting as a Career Coach & Mentor for Psychology students at UEL, and I am open to other pro bono consulting for CSR purposes.
